Mega Man vs Skull Man

Here is my story: I play  Mega man 4 years later cause it was hard to find nintendo games  if you were not a rich kid, so i play Mega Man 3 a lottttttt!! i was considered myself a pro! then when i finally pick the 4th installment i was like: pff i can beat this game without weapons let me choose this "Skull Man " he look cool.... well... this happen.
